I'm a professional coach and facilitator with a background in project management and management consulting. My passion is unlocking human potential, and I draw on a number of modalities to make that happen.

My name is Joanne Murphy and I've led a rich and varied life with a whole bunch of adventures, joys, challenges and 'interesting' experiences along the way. These experiences have given me empathy that is as deep as the ocean, insight that is spookily intuitive and a healthy dose of playfulness - because life is definitely way too short!
As a coach and facilitator, what I most love is that moment when someone gets the huge breakthrough that completely changes their paradigm - boom! Lately the work I've been doing has gone to deeper healing, and when clients heal those deeper wounds it's actually breathtaking what can happen. Stalled businesses suddenly take off; confidence replaces anxiety; calmness returns and a deep sense of safety that makes visibility comfortable and achieving goals inevitable.

You being here on Earth at this time is an absolute freaking miracle if you think about it. What are the actual chances that all of your ancestors would have survived long enough to create a lineage for you to be born into? Through famine, devastation and heaven knows what - enough of them survived and procreated so that you could be here today.
As my amazing daughter often likes to remind me - we're all just living on a random spinning rock in the middle of space!
If it's not magic that you're here, that you're living through whatever experiences you're living through - then I don't know what it is. Miracles and stardust if you ask me.
Confronting our greatness is very, well, confronting though, isn't it?!
Much easier to hide, to play small...
but your soul won't let you stay there; your soul knows you have more to embody, more to bring to life, more to contribute.
