We provide coaching, training, workshops, memberships, digital resources, educational content, and related services designed to support personal and professional development.

While our services may include discussions relating to wellbeing, confidence, leadership, personal growth, creativity, mindset, habits, or emotional awareness, they are educational and coaching-based in nature.

Our services are not counselling, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, medical treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or any other regulated professional service.

Personal Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

• Any implementation of ideas, strategies, exercises, or recommendations is undertaken at your own discretion.

• Results will vary between individuals.

• We do not guarantee specific outcomes from participation in our programmes, workshops, coaching, memberships, or resources.

Health and Wellbeing Disclaimer

Our services are intended to support personal growth and development.

If you have concerns regarding your mental health, physical health, safety, or wellbeing, you should seek support from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or are at risk of harming yourself or others, please seek immediate professional assistance.

Participation in coaching or educational services is not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment.

Coaching Relationship

Coaching is a collaborative process designed to support self-awareness, decision-making, goal achievement, personal growth, and professional development.

Clients remain fully responsible for their choices, actions, and outcomes.

We reserve the right to discontinue coaching services where we believe the coaching relationship is no longer appropriate or beneficial.

Confidentiality

We respect the privacy and confidentiality of our clients.

Information shared during coaching sessions, workshops, memberships, or programmes will be treated as confidential except where:

• disclosure is required by law;

• there is a serious risk of harm to the client or another person;

• disclosure is authorised by the client;

• disclosure is otherwise permitted or required under applicable legislation.

Payments

All prices are listed in the applicable currency unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be received before access to services, workshops, programmes, memberships, or digital products is granted unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

Any pricing changes will not affect purchases already completed.

Refunds

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted or downloads have been provided, unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Workshops and Events

The 50% deposit to reserve a workshop date is non-refundable. We will work with you to reschedule, however if less than 48 hours notice is given to reschedule or cancel the workshop you may forfeit the full fee. Refund requests may be considered at our discretion and in accordance with any event-specific terms published at the time of registration.

Coaching Services

Coaching fees are generally non-refundable once coaching services have commenced.

Any exceptions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Memberships

Memberships may be cancelled at any time unless otherwise agreed in a separate contract.
