My name is Joanne, transformational coach and mentor for ambitious professionals and creatives. My great passion is helping people unlock their talents and creative potential.

After coaching and training thousands of people over the years, I understand that real growth and transformation happens at a deeper level.

People often stop after the first step of defining goals and working out a plan of action to achieve them (and don't get me wrong, I LOVE me a good plan or gantt chart!).

The real shift happens when we transform the subconscious drivers and limiting beliefs that hold us back; when we transform the emotional issues that are at the root of not feeling enough, not feeling safe to be successful, people pleasing and so many different kinds of self-sabotage.

I've developed a 'Depth Map of Transformation' model that I use with clients to help them create aligned success. Most coaching works at the top two levels (actions, mindset), however my work goes into the next three levels (emotions, subconscious drivers, subconscious patterns) to create lasting, sustainable transformation.

Transformation in all areas of our life happens when we have the bravery to shine a light on these areas - and the great news is that when you go deeper, you create enormous leverage over the higher levels!
